1 L’Assemblea federale esercita il potere supremo nella Confederazione, fatti salvi i diritti del Popolo e dei Cantoni.
2 L’Assemblea federale consta di due Camere, il Consiglio nazionale e il Consiglio degli Stati; le due Camere sono dotate delle stesse competenze.
1 Subject to the rights of the People and the Cantons, the Federal Assembly is the supreme authority of the Confederation.
