1 L’OFAG gère un système d’information géographique pour le soutien des tâches d’exécution de la Confédération et des cantons prévues par la présente loi.
2 Le système d’information comprend des données sur les surfaces et leur utilisation et d’autres données pour l’exécution de tâches avec référence spatiale.
3 L’accès aux données et leur utilisation se fondent sur les dispositions de la loi du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation213.
1 The FOAG operates a geographical information system as support for the executive tasks assigned to the federal and cantonal authorities under the terms of this Act.
2 The information system contains data on land and land-use as well as further data for regional executive tasks.
3 Access and use of the data are covered by the provisions of the Federal Act of 5 October 2007215 on Geographical Information.
