1 La poursuite et le jugement des infractions incombent aux cantons.
2 Les art. 6 et 7 (infractions commises dans une entreprise) et 15 (faux dans les titres, obtention frauduleuse d’une constatation fausse) de la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif51 sont applicables.
3 Les autorités compétentes communiquent à l’OFSP tout jugement rendu en vertu de l’art. 69, al. 1, let. a à cbis.52
