455.109.1 FDHA Ordinance of 5 September 2008 on Training in Animal Husbandry and Handling of Animals (Animal Welfare Training Ordinance, AWTO)
Art. 56 Confirmation officielle d’une longue expérience
L’autorité confirme la longue expérience visée à l’art. 193, al. 3, OPAn en fournissant les informations suivantes:
- a.
- le nom, le prénom, la date de naissance, le lieu ou le pays d’origine et le domicile de la personne;
- b.
- l’effectif des animaux, leur utilisation, le nombre d’années d’existence de l’unité d’élevage et le nom de la personne responsable de la garde des animaux;
- c.
- le lieu, la date, le timbre, le nom et la signature de la personne habilitée par l’autorité compétente à délivrer la confirmation.
Art. 56 Official confirmation of long-standing experience
The authorities shall confirm the long-standing experience in accordance with Article 193 paragraph 3 AniWO of a person in handling a type of animal by providing the following information:
- a.
- the surname, first name, date of birth, place or country of origin and place of residence of the person;
- b.
- information about the stock, form of use, length of time for which the animal housing facility has existed and the person responsible for caring for the animals;
- c.
- the place, date, stamp, name and signature of the person authorised by the competent authority for this purpose.
