1 Aucun émolument ne peut être exigé des prestataires de la formation à la pratique professionnelle ni des candidats à l’obtention d’une attestation fédérale de formation professionnelle, d’un certificat fédéral de capacité ou d’un certificat fédéral de maturité professionnelle.
2 Un émolument peut être exigé des personnes qui, sans motif valable, ne se présentent pas à l’examen, s’en retirent ou le repassent.
1 No fees may be charged to learners or host companies for examinations leading to issuance of the Federal VET Certificate, the Federal VET Diploma or the FVB.
2 Fees may be charged to learners who withdraw from or fail to appear at an examination for no justifiable reason as well as to learners who repeat an examination.
