Art. 325bis Inobservation des prescriptions légales relatives à l’établissement d’un rapport sur les paiements effectués au profit de gouvernements

Est puni de l’amende quiconque, intentionnellement:

a.: donne de fausses indications dans le rapport sur les paiements effectués au profit de gouvernements visé à l’art. 964d CO⁴¹⁸, ou omet totalement ou partiellement d’établir ce rapport;
b.: contrevient à l’obligation de tenue et de conservation des rapports sur les paiements effectués au profit de gouvernements visée à l’art. 964h CO.

Art. 325bis Infringement of the regulations on reporting payments to state bodies

A person shall be liable to a fine if he or she wilfully commits any of the following acts:

a.: provides false information in the report on payments made to state bodies in accordance with Article 964d CO⁴¹³ or wholly or partly fails to make the required report;
b.: fails to comply with the obligation to keep and retain reports on payments to state bodies in accordance with Article 964h CO.
