1 La reconnaissance d’un enfant intervenue à l’étranger est reconnue en Suisse lorsqu’elle est valable dans l’État de la résidence habituelle de l’enfant, dans son État national, dans l’État du domicile ou encore dans l’État national de la mère ou du père.
2 Les décisions étrangères sur la contestation de la reconnaissance sont reconnues en Suisse lorsqu’elles ont été rendues dans l’un des États mentionnés à l’al. 1.
1 The acknowledgment made abroad is recognised in Switzerland, if it is valid in the state of the child’s habitual residence, in the child’s state of citizenship, or in the state of domicile or the state of citizenship of the mother or the father.
2 Foreign decisions on the challenge of an acknowledgment are recognised in Switzerland if they were rendered in one of the states mentioned in paragraph 1.
