1 Les droits de la propriété intellectuelle sont régis par le droit de l’État pour lequel la protection de la propriété intellectuelle est revendiquée.
2 En ce qui concerne les prétentions consécutives à un acte illicite, les parties peuvent toujours convenir, après l’événement dommageable, de l’application du droit du for.
3 Les contrats portant sur la propriété intellectuelle sont régis par les dispositions de la présente loi relatives aux contrats (art. 122).
1 Intellectual property rights are governed by the law of the state for which protection of the intellectual property is sought.
2 With respect to claims arising out of the infringement of intellectual property rights, the parties may agree, at any time after the event causing damage, to apply the law of the forum.
3 Agreements pertaining to intellectual property are governed by the provisions of this Act relating to contracts (Art. 122).
