1 Le secrétariat communique l’ouverture d’une enquête par publication officielle.
2 Cette communication mentionne l’objet et les parties concernées par l’enquête. Elle contient en outre un avis invitant les tiers concernés à s’annoncer dans un délai de 30 jours s’ils désirent participer à l’enquête.
3 L’absence de publication ne fait pas obstacle à la poursuite de l’enquête.
1 The Secretariat gives notice of the opening of an investigation by way of official publication.
2 The notice states the purpose of and the parties to the investigation. It further contains an invitation to third parties to come forward within 30 days if they wish to participate in the investigation.
3 Failure to give notice does not prevent any investigative measures.
