1 Lorsque, à la suite d’une demande déposée en vertu de l’art. 47, al. 1, l’OFDF a des raisons fondées de soupçonner l’introduction dans le territoire douanier suisse d’objets fabriqués illicitement ou leur sortie, il en informe le requérant, d’une part, et le déclarant, le possesseur ou le propriétaire des objets, d’autre part.30
2 Afin de permettre au requérant d’obtenir des mesures provisionnelles, l’OFDF retient les objets en cause durant dix jours ouvrables au plus à compter de la communication prévue à l’al. 1.
3 Si les circonstances le justifient, l’OFDF peut retenir les objets en cause durant un délai supplémentaire de dix jours ouvrables au plus.

1 If the FOCBS, based on an application under Article 47 paragraph 1, has reasonable grounds to suspect that certain items intended to be brought into or taken out of Swiss customs territory have been unlawfully manufactured, then it shall notify both the applicant and the declarant, holder or owner of the items accordingly.30
2 The FOCBS shall withhold the items in question for a maximum of ten working days from the time of notification pursuant to paragraph 1, so that the applicant may obtain preliminary measures.
3 Where justified by circumstances, the FOCBS may withhold the items in question for a maximum of ten additional working days.
