1 A person accepting a mandate to broker a marriage or partnership undertakes, in exchange for remuneration, to introduce the mandator to persons who are potential spouses or long-term partners.
2 The provisions governing simple mandates are applicable by way of supplement to marriage or partnership brokerage mandates.
