1 Le fermier doit payer le fermage et, le cas échéant, les frais accessoires à la fin de chaque année de bail, mais au plus tard à l’expiration du bail, sauf convention ou usage local contraires.
2 En ce qui concerne les frais accessoires, l’art. 257a est applicable.
1 The lessee must pay the rent and, where applicable, the accessory charges at the end of each year of the lease but not later than when the lease expires, save where another payment date is stipulated by agreement or local custom.
