1 Si une représentation fournit une aide sociale d’urgence à une personne qui n’est pas inscrite au registre des Suisses de l’étranger, elle y inscrit celle-ci d’office.
2 La représentation compétente invite la personne inscrite à confirmer a posteriori son annonce.

1 If a representation provides urgent social assistance to an individual who is not entered in the Register of the Swiss Abroad, the representation shall enter the individual in the Register of the Swiss Abroad ex officio.
2 The competent representation shall then ask the individual entered on the Register to confirm the registration.
