1 Les Suisses de l’étranger qui désirent exercer personnellement leurs droits politiques et retirer directement le matériel de vote auprès de leur commune de vote le notifient à celle-ci soit par écrit, soit en s’y présentant.
2 Si la notification lui parvient au plus tard six semaines avant le scrutin, la commune de vote n’envoie pas le matériel de vote à l’étranger.

1 Swiss Abroad who wish to cast their vote at the ballot box in person and collect their voting materials directly from the electoral commune should notify the electoral commune of this in writing or in person.
2 The electoral commune will withhold the voting materials provided it receives the notification at least six weeks before the vote.
