Art. 22
Any person who wilfully or negligently:
- a.
- fails to fulfil his or her duties of care as a person authorised to deal with narcotics;
- b.
- breaches the provisions on narcotics advertising and information;
- c.
- breaches storage and retention obligations;
- d.
- breaches an implementation regulation issued by the Federal Council or the relevant department, the contravention of which is declared a criminal offence, or an order issued to him containing a reference to the penalty under this article;
is liable to a fine.
