Art. 23m

1 The existing National Park in Canton Graubünden is governed by the National Park Act of 19 December 198077.

2 The Confederation may award the «Swiss National Park Foundation» a park label before any expansion through the addition of a buffer zone in accordance with Article 23f paragraph 3 letter b.

3 Any expansion by means of a buffer zone shall be promoted in accordance with Article 23k.
