Art. 78a Transitional provisions to the amendment of 15 September 2017

1 Subsidies under Articles 66c and 66e may be requested for preparatory courses for federal professional examinations if the said preparatory courses began after 1 January 2017.

2 SERI shall evaluate the effectiveness of the provisions of Section 6 of Chapter 8 (Art. 66a–66j) three years after commencement of the amendment of 15 September 2017 and shall report its findings to the Federal Council.
