Art. 52 Requirements for the recognition of qualifications

(Art. 45 and 46 VPETA)

Qualifications shall be recognised if:

a.
the intended training programme matches the core syllabuses mentioned in Article 49;
b.
the training programme can be implemented smoothly.

Ils diploms ed ils certificats da curs vegnan renconuschids, sche:

a.
il program da furmaziun previs correspunda als plans d’instrucziun generals tenor l’artitgel 49;
b.
ina realisaziun irreproschabla è garantida.
