Art. 283 Unity of decision

1 The court rules on the effects of the divorce in the divorce judgment.

2 Where there is good cause, the division of the marital property may be referred to separate proceedings.

3 The equitable division of claims to occupational pension assets may be referred in their entirety to separate proceedings if claims to pension assets abroad are involved and a decision can be obtained in the state concerned on their equitable division. The court may suspend the separate proceedings until the foreign decision has been taken; it may already determine the shares on division.128

Art. 282 Contribuziuns da mantegniment

tge import che manca per cuvrir il mantegniment duì dal conjugal sustegnì, sch’i vegn resalvà d’augmentar posteriuramain la renta;
d.
sche ed en tge dimensiun che la renta vegn adattada a las midadas dals custs da viver.

2 Sche la contribuziun da mantegniment per il conjugal vegn contestada, po l’instanza da recurs giuditgar da nov er las contribuziuns da mantegniment per ils uffants che n’èn betg vegnidas contestadas.
