Refugees may be expelled only if they endanger Switzerland’s internal or external security or have seriously violated public order, subject to Article 5. The removal or expulsion of refugees is governed by Article 64 FNIA180 in conjunction with Article 63 paragraph 1 letter b and Article 68 FNIA. Article 5 is reserved.
