Art. 102d Supervision of data processing related to Dublin cooperation

1 The cantonal data protection authorities and the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) shall work together within the scope of their respective responsibilities.

2 The FDPIC shall supervise the processing of personal data related to Dublin cooperation. It shall coordinate this supervisory activity with the cantonal data protection authorities.

3 The FDPIC shall work with the European Data Protection Commissioner in order to carry out its tasks, for which it shall act as the national supervisory authority.

1 Las autoritads chantunalas per la protecziun da datas e l’Incumbensà federal per la protecziun da datas e per la transparenza (IFPDT) collavuran en il rom da lur cumpetenzas respectivas.

2 Il IFPDT surveglia l’elavuraziun da datas persunalas en il rom da la collavuraziun da Dublin. El coordinescha l’activitad da surveglianza cun las autoritads chantunalas per la protecziun da datas.

3 Per ademplir sias incumbensas collavura el cun l’Incumbensà europeic per la protecziun da datas; per tal è el l’autoritad naziunala da surveglianza.
