Art. 2 Organiser, Retailer and Consumer

1 Organiser3 means any person who, other than occasionally, organises packages and sells or offers them for sale, whether directly or through a retailer.

2 Retailer4 means any person who sells or offers for sale the package put together by the organiser.

3 Consumer5 means:

a.
any person who takes or agrees to take a package;
b.
any person on whose behalf or for whose benefit a package has been purchased or an agreement to purchase has been entered into;
c.
any person to whom the booking relating to a package tour has been transferred in accordance with article 17.

Art. 2 Organizzatore, venditore e consumatore

1 Si intende per organizzatore qualsiasi persona che organizza i viaggi «tutto compreso» non solo occasionalmente e li offre direttamente o tramite un venditore.

2 Si intende per venditore la persona che offre i viaggi «tutto compreso» proposti dall’organizzatore.

3 Si intende per consumatore:

a.
qualsiasi persona che prenota o si impegna a prenotare il viaggio «tutto compreso»;
b.
qualsiasi persona a nome o a favore della quale un viaggio «tutto compreso» è prenotato o un impegno di prenotazione è assunto;
c.
qualsiasi persona alla quale il viaggio «tutto compreso» è ceduto giusta l’articolo 17.
