The Federal Council shall regulate the details of the procedure to be followed by the Assay Offices, the shape and composition of the official hallmarks, the means of notification of the official hallmark in Switzerland and abroad, the running of the controls and the amount of the fees, which must not be of fiscal character.
Il Consiglio federale stabilisce le norme più particolareggiate circa la procedura che devono seguire gli uffici di controllo, la forma e la natura dei marchi ufficiali, le misure per far conoscere questi marchi in Isvizzera e all’estero, la tenuta dei registri di controllo, come pure l’ammontare delle tasse. Queste non devono avere carattere fiscale.
