1 Those required to take measures against harmful organisms in accordance with Article 27a paragraph 3 may be suitably reimbursed for any costs of prevention, control and re-establishment that are not borne under Article 48a.
2 The amount to be reimbursed is set by the competent authority in a procedure that is as simple as possible and free of charge to the person who has incurred costs.

1 Ai destinatari di provvedimenti contro gli organismi nocivi di cui all’articolo 27a capoverso 3 può essere versata un’equa indennità per i costi di prevenzione, lotta e ripristino che non sono assunti secondo l’articolo 48a.
2 L’indennità è fissata definitivamente dall’autorità competente secondo una procedura quanto più semplice possibile e gratuita per la persona danneggiata.
