Art. 39d Tethering

1 Goats may be tethered until 31 December 2022 in buildings that already existed before 1 January 2001 provided that:218

a.
the regulations governing regular outdoor exercise are complied with; and
b.
animals are kept in comfortably littered areas and individually managed.

Art. 39d Stabulazione fissa

1 I caprini possono essere tenuti attaccati fino al 31 dicembre 2022 negli edifici costruiti prima del 1° gennaio 2001, per quanto:213

a.
le prescrizioni sulle uscite regolari degli animali all’aria aperta siano rispettate; e
b.
siano tenuti su superfici coperte di una lettiera abbondante e siano governati individualmente.
