Art. 24d Responsibility of the cantons for carrying out Sars-CoV-2 rapid tests

The cantons are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the conditions in Articles 24–24b for Sars-CoV-2 rapid tests that are not carried out at the facilities referred to in Article 24 paragraph 1 letter a.

Art. 24d Competenza dei Cantoni nell’esecuzione dei test rapidi per il SARS-CoV-2

I Cantoni sono competenti per i controlli del rispetto e l’applicazione dei requisiti di cui agli articoli 24–24b in relazione ai test rapidi per il SARS-CoV-2 non eseguiti nelle strutture di cui all’articolo 24 capoverso 1 lettera a.
