1 If a chemical under Annex 1 is exported to an importing PIC Party, the FOEN shall notify the authority designated by this Party of the export. The export notification must contain the information set out in Annex V of the PIC Convention.30
2 The export notification for a chemical under Annex 1 must be submitted no later than 15 days before the first export in each calendar year.31
3 If no acknowledgement is received from the designated authority of the importing PIC Party within 30 days of dispatch of the export notification, the FOEN shall repeat the notification.

1 Se un prodotto chimico di cui all’appendice 1 è esportato verso una Parte PIC importatrice, l’UFAM notifica l’esportazione all’autorità designata da questa Parte importatrice. La notifica d’esportazione deve recare le informazioni contenute nell’allegato V della Convenzione PIC.29
2 La notifica d’esportazione di un prodotto chimico di cui all’appendice 1 avviene durante ogni anno civile al più tardi 15 giorni prima della prima esportazione.30
3 Se entro 30 giorni dall’invio della notifica d’esportazione non perviene una conferma da parte dell’autorità nazionale designata a tal fine dalla Parte PIC importatrice, l’UFAM ritrasmette la notifica.
