Art. 39 Information obligation

1 The user must provide the authorities with the information required to draw up the inventory and the remediation report.

2 The authorities may require the user to carry out flow measurements.

Art. 39 Obbligo di informare

1 Il beneficiario deve fornire all’autorità le informazioni necessarie per la redazione dell’inventario e del rapporto sul risanamento.

2 L’autorità può esigere che il beneficiario effettui misurazioni del deflusso.
