Art. 2 Object of taxation

The following are liable for tax:

a.
VOCs on the positive list of substances (Annex 1);
b.
VOCs in accordance with letter a that are contained in imported mixtures and products mentioned in the positive list of products (Annex 2).

Art. 2 Oggetto della tassa

Sottostanno alla tassa:

a.
i COV che figurano nell’elenco delle sostanze (allegato 1);
b.
i COV secondo la lettera a importati in miscele e oggetti che figurano nell’elenco dei prodotti (allegato 2).
