813.1 Legge federale del 15 dicembre 2000 sulla protezione contro le sostanze e i preparati pericolosi (Legge sui prodotti chimici, LPChim)
Art. 15 Review of existing substances
1 The Federal Council shall issue regulations concerning the review and assessment of individual existing substances.
2 The notification authority may request manufacturers to carry out investigations or tests or to provide documents relating to existing substances that:
- a.
- in view of the quantities produced or placed on the market or in view of their dangerous character may pose a particular risk to life or health; or
- b.
- are being reviewed in connection with international efforts and programmes.
Art. 15 Esame di vecchie sostanze
1 Il Consiglio federale emana prescrizioni concernenti l’esame e la valutazione di singole vecchie sostanze.
2 L’organo di notifica può esigere dai fabbricanti che provvedano a chiarimenti, eseguano analisi e presentino documenti per le vecchie sostanze che:
- a.
- in virtù delle quantità fabbricate o immesse sul mercato oppure in virtù della loro pericolosità possono rappresentare un rischio particolare per la vita o per la salute; o
- b.
- sono esaminate nel quadro di lavori e programmi internazionali di valutazione di vecchie sostanze.
