Art. 28 Documentation requirements

1 The designated body shall provide Swissmedic and the other designated bodies with:65

a.
all information on certificates it has issued and any amendments or supplements to such certificates;
b.
information on suspended, reinstated or revoked certificates;
c.
information on certificates it has refused;
d.
information on restrictions imposed on certificates.

2 It shall also provide Swissmedic with information on whether or not a conformity assessment procedure should be applied in accordance with Article 54 paragraph 1 EU-MDR66. Notifications of certificates for devices that have undergone a procedure of this type must include the documents specified in Article 55 paragraph 1 EU-MDR.67

Art. 28 Obbligo di documentazione

1 L’organo designato notifica a Swissmedic e agli altri organi designati:64

a.
tutte le informazioni riguardanti i certificati rilasciati, comprese le modifiche e le integrazioni;
b.
le indicazioni riguardanti i certificati sospesi, resi nuovamente validi o revocati;
c.
le indicazioni riguardanti i certificati rifiutati;
d.
le indicazioni sulle limitazioni imposte sui certificati.

2 Esso notifica a Swissmedic anche l’informazione sulla necessità o meno di applicare una procedura di valutazione della conformità secondo l’articolo 54 paragrafo 1 UE-MDR65. Le notifiche inerenti ai certificati di dispositivi per i quali è stata svolta una tale procedura devono contenere i documenti di cui all’articolo 55 paragrafo 1 UE-MDR.66
