Art. 29

1 The Confederation exercises oversight over the implementation of the Act.

2 It conducts controls at the border (import, transit and export) and in customs warehouses and bonded warehouses.

3 The Confederation and the cantons work together to fulfil their tasks under this Act and shall coordinate their measures. They may call on the assistance of other organisations concerned.

Art. 29

1 La Confederazione esercita l’alta vigilanza sull’esecuzione della legge.

2 La Confederazione esercita il controllo ai confini del Paese (importazione, transito ed esportazione) nonché nei depositi doganali e nei depositi franchi doganali.

3 La Confederazione e i Cantoni collaborano nell’adempimento dei compiti che incombono loro in virtù della presente legge e coordinano le loro misure. Possono coinvolgere altre organizzazioni interessate.
