Art. 22

1 Licensed broadcasters of Swiss programme services pay an annual fee for their licence. The revenue from the licence fee is used primarily to promote research projects in the radio and television sector (Art. 77), and secondarily for new broadcasting technologies (Art. 58).32

2 The fee amounts to a maximum of 1 per cent of the gross revenue from advertising and sponsorship. The Federal Council determines the amount of the fee and an exemption amount.

Art. 22

1 Le emittenti di programmi svizzeri concessionarie versano annualmente una tassa di concessione. Il provento della tassa è utilizzato in primo luogo per promuovere progetti di ricerca nel settore radiotelevisivo (art. 77) e in secondo luogo per promuovere nuove tecnologie di diffusione (art. 58).32

2 La tassa non supera l’uno per cento dei proventi lordi derivanti da pubblicità e sponsorizzazioni. Il Consiglio federale stabilisce l’importo della tassa e una franchigia.
