Art. 106 of the Telecommunications Act of 30 April 1997 and with the Amendment of 24 March 2006 of the Federal Supreme Court Act of 17 June 2005

1. Irrespective of whether this Act (RTVA) or the amendment of 24 March 2006 to the Telecommunications Act of 30 April 1997114 comes into force first, Article 56 paragraph 4 RTVA115 reads on the entry into force of the act which comes into force later or on simultaneous entry into force of both acts as follows:

Art. 106 della legge del 30 aprile 1997 sulle telecomunicazioni e con la modifica del 24 marzo 2006 della legge del 17 giugno 2005 sul Tribunale federale

1.  Indipendentemente dal fatto che entri prima in vigore la presente legge (LRTV) o la modifica del 24 marzo 2006 della legge del 30 aprile 1997112 sulle telecomunicazioni, all’atto della seconda di queste entrate in vigore o in caso di entrata in vigore simultanea delle due leggi l’articolo 56 capoverso 4 LRTV113 riceve il seguente tenore:
