Art. 15 Right to participate and to inspect files

1 The persons entitled to appeal may participate in the procedure and inspect the files.

2 If the foreign authority demonstrates grounds for secrecy regarding certain case documents, the FTA may refuse to allow a person entitled to appeal to inspect the corresponding files in accordance with Article 27 of the APA34.35

Art. 15 Diritto di partecipazione ed esame degli atti

1 Le persone legittimate a ricorrere possono partecipare al procedimento e consultare gli atti.

2 Se l’autorità estera rende verosimili motivi per mantenere segreti determinati atti, l’AFC può negare alle persone legittimate a ricorrere l’esame di tali atti conformemente all’articolo 27 PA34.35
