Art. 16a Lawful possession

Any person who has lawfully acquired ammunition or ammunition components is authorised to possess the same.

54 Inserted by Art. 3 No 6 of the FD of 17 Dec. 2004 on the Adoption and Implementation of the Bilateral Agreements between Switzerland and the EU on the Association with Schengen and Dublin, in force since 12 Dec. 2008 (AS 2008 447 5405 Art. 1 let. e; BBl 2004 5965).

Art. 16a Legittimazione al possesso

È legittimato al possesso di munizioni ed elementi di munizioni chi ha acquistato legalmente gli oggetti.

57 Introdotto dall’art. 3 n. 6 del DF del 17 dic. 2004 che approva e traspone nel diritto svizzero gli Acc. bilaterali con l’UE per l’associazione della Svizzera alla normativa di Schengen e Dublino, in vigore dal 12 dic. 2008 (RU 2008 447 5405 art. 1 lett. e; FF 2004 5273).
