Art. 42 Offences committed within a business

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197424 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed within a business by subordinates, agents or representatives.

Ai dipendenti, mandatari o rappresentanti che commettono infrazioni nell’azienda sono applicabili gli articoli 6 e 7 della legge federale del 22 marzo 197430 sul diritto penale amministrativo.
