Art. 40 Notification of judgments

The courts shall provide the IPI with full official copies of the final judgments free of charge.

Art. 40 Trasmissione delle sentenze

Le autorità giudiziarie trasmettono all’IPI, gratuitamente e in copia integrale, le sentenze passate in giudicato.
