Art. 33 Action for a declaratory judgment

Any person who can demonstrate a legal interest may apply to the court for a declaratory judgement as to whether a right or legal relationship governed by this Act does or does not exist.

Art. 33 Azione d’accertamento

Chiunque dimostri un interesse giuridico può far accertare dal giudice l’esistenza o l’inesistenza di un diritto o di un rapporto giuridico ai sensi della presente legge.
