Art. 30

The amount of the fees to be paid under this Act and its ordinance as well as the terms of payment are governed by the Fee Regulations of 28 April 199713 of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE-GebO).

Art. 30

L’ammontare degli emolumenti da pagare secondo la presente legge e la relativa ordinanza nonché le modalità di pagamento sono retti dal Regolamento del 28 aprile 199718 sulle tasse dell’Istituto della proprietà intellettuale (OT-IPI).
