1 L’amministrazione della società cooperativa si compone di almeno tre membri; gli amministratori devono essere in maggioranza soci.
2 Le persone giuridiche e le società commerciali non possono, anche se soci, essere amministratori, ma sono eleggibili, in luogo d’esse, i loro rappresentanti.
