1 Before the contract is signed and throughout its duration, the mandatee must inform the mandator of any particular difficulties pertaining to the latter’s personal circumstances that might arise in the performance of the obligations thereunder.
2 When processing the mandator’s personal data, the mandatee is bound by a duty of discretion; the provisions of the Federal Act of 19 June 1992254 on Data Protection apply.
1 Il mandatario informa il mandante, prima della sottoscrizione del contratto e durante l’esecuzione del medesimo, delle particolari difficoltà che potrebbero sorgere nell’adempimento del mandato, in considerazione delle circostanze personali del mandante.
2 Nel trattamento dei dati personali del mandante, il mandatario è tenuto alla discrezione; sono fatte salve le disposizioni della legge federale del 19 giugno 1992254 sulla protezione dei dati.
