1 The homeworker must start the work he has accepted on time, finish it by the agreed deadline and deliver the results to the employer.
2 If the work is defective and the homeworker is at fault, he is obliged to rectify it at his own expense to the extent that the defects can be removed.
1 Il lavoratore deve cominciare per tempo l’esecuzione del lavoro, terminarlo entro il termine convenuto e consegnarne il prodotto al datore di lavoro.
2 Il lavoratore, qualora il lavoro eseguito risultasse difettoso per sua colpa, è tenuto a correggerlo a sue spese, nella misura in cui i difetti possono essere soppressi.
