Art. 78 Work following land reallotment

After land reallotment:

a.: the boundaries for the «landownership» layer must be demarcated and delimited and the points must be monumented in accordance with the regulations laid down in OCS; and
b.: the data for all information layers must be completed so as to meet the full requirements of official cadastral surveying.

Art. 78 Lavori dopo il raggruppamento terreni

Dopo il ragruppamento terreni si devono:

a.: tracciare e picchettare i confini del livello d’informazione «beni immobili», materializzare i punti di confine conformemente alle disposizioni dell’OMU e
b.: completare i dati di tutti i livelli d’informazione in modo che essi possano soddisfare le esigenze della misurazione ufficiale.
