Art. 21 Objects

Objects must be explicitly assigned to the «single objects» layer if:52

a.
they are not buildings in accordance with Article 14, for example underground structures, bays or balconies;
b.
their clear delimitation as areas is not possible or their survey as area objects would entail disproportionate cost, for example rivulets, small streams, faint paths, irregular footpaths, watercourses and mountain torrents;
c.
they are of linear character, such as railway lines; or
d.
they are portrayed on the Land Registry Plan as symbols, for example isolated important trees.

Art. 21 Oggetti

Sono da classificare nel livello d’informazione «oggetti singoli» segnatamente gli oggetti:52

a.
che non sono edifici a’ sensi dell’articolo 14, per esempio gli edifici sotterranei, gli sporti o i balconi;
b.
per cui la delimitazione precisa della superficie non è possibile, o il cui rilevamento quali oggetti con superficie comporterebbe costi sproporzionati: per esempio i rigagnoli, i viottoli, i sentieri e i ruscelli con andamento irregolare, i torrenti montani;
c.
che sono di forma lineare come ad esempio gli assi dei binari, o
d.
che sono rappresentati nel piano per il registro fondiario mediante simboli, per esempio gli alberi isolati importanti.
