Art. 14 Buildings

1 The following are deemed to be buildings:

a.
Buildings in accordance with Article 3 of the Ordinance of 31 May 200041 on the National Register of Buildings and Dwellings;
b.
Other permanent structures fixed to the ground, roofed over, and used for a specific purpose.

2 Areas of buildings are determined from the main parts of each face with the largest exterior vertical surface. Recesses and juts of more than 10 cm at tolerance levels 2 and 3, and 50 cm at tolerance levels 4 and 5, are to be surveyed. Façade details must be surveyed when the following conditions are fulfilled:

a.
Projections, recesses and pillars exceeding 50 cm in TS2 and TS3 and 100 cm in TS4 and TS5;
b.
Overhangs, bays and building extensions exceeding 50 cm in TS2, and 100 cm in TS3, 4 and TS5.

Art. 14 Edifici

1 Sono considerati edifici:

a.
gli edifici ai sensi dell’articolo 2 lettera b dell’ordinanza del 9 giugno 201741 sul Registro federale degli edifici e delle abitazioni:
b.
altre costruzioni coperte durature, ben ancorate nel terreno, che servono a uno scopo determinato.

2 La superficie dell’edificio è determinata dalle facciate principali aventi la maggiore superficie verticale esterna. Le sporgenze e rientranze delle facciate superiori a 10 cm nei GT 2 e 3 e superiori a 50 cm nei GT 4 e 5 devono essere rilevate. I dettagli lungo le facciate devono essere rilevati se sono adempiute le condizioni seguenti:

a.
sporgenze e rientranze, nonché pilastri superiori a 50 cm nei GT 2 e 3 e superiori a 100 cm nei GT 4 e 5;
b.
sbalzi del filo di facciata, sporti, avancorpi superiori a 50 cm nel GT 2 e superiori a 100 cm nei GT 3, 4 e 5.
