Art. 85a Charge for using the national highways

The Confederation shall levy a charge for the use of the national highways by motor vehicles and trailers that are not liable to pay the heavy vehicle charge.

La Confederazione riscuote una tassa per l’utilizzazione delle strade nazionali con veicoli a motore e rimorchi non sottostanti alla tassa sul traffico pesante
