Art. 11 Protection of children and young people

1 Children and young people have the right to the special protection of their integrity and to the encouragement of their development.

2 They may personally exercise their rights to the extent that their power of judgement allows.

1 I fanciulli e gli adolescenti hanno diritto a particolare protezione della loro incolumità e del loro sviluppo.

2 Nei limiti delle loro capacità, esercitano autonomamente i loro diritti.
