Art. 65

1 To apply for registration of a mark, the following documents must be submitted to the Central Office:

a.
the registration application;
b.
a reproduction of the mark.

2 For the application, the official forms for this purpose must be used.

Art. 65

1 Doivent être présentées au bureau central en vue de l’enregistrement du poinçon de maître:

a.
la demande d’enregistrement;
b.
la reproduction du poinçon de maître.

2 La demande doit être faite sur formulaire officiel prévu à cet effet.
