941.311 Ordonnance du 8 mai 1934 sur le contrôle du commerce des métaux précieux et des ouvrages en métaux précieux (Ordonnance sur le contrôle des métaux précieux, OCMP)
Art. 50
1 For plated articles and imitations, the following marks are prohibited:
- a.
- fineness marks;
- b.
- marks providing information on the proportion or the weight of the precious metal used;
- c.
- marks together with the name of precious metals or other information likely to be misleading as to the actual value or the actual composition of the article.
2 For imitations, information on the layer thickness is also prohibited.
Art. 50
1 Sont interdites pour les ouvrages plaqués et les similis les indications et désignations suivantes:
- a.
- l’indication du titre;
- b.
- l’indication de la proportion ou du poids du métal précieux utilisé;
- c.
- les désignations combinées avec le nom des métaux précieux ou d’autres indications qui pourraient induire en erreur sur la composition ou la valeur de l’ouvrage.
2 Est en outre interdite toute indication concernant l’épaisseur de la couche de métal précieux sur les similis.
